MCLEAN, Va., June 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued under the same headline earlier today by Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC), please note that in the K-093 Pricing chart, the Principal/Notional Amount values have been reformatted, and the Weighted Average Life of the XAM class has been updated. The corrected release follows:

Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates), which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities. The company expects to issue approximately $1.2 billion in K Certificates (K-093 Certificates), which are expected to settle on or about June 20, 2019.
